Deploys the go-store banner-columns bump (coupon banner_label/banner_text) to the staging back-office (fulfillr-dev.debyltech.com) so the Coupons admin round-trips the global-sale fields. Already applied via make deploy TAGS=fulfillr-dev (container recreated, healthy — /api/v1/store/coupons returns 200). Prod tag unchanged.
