Bumps fulfillr and fulfillr-dev to 20260915.0011 (debyltech/go-fulfillr#45). The portal's Visitors number now counts GA4 unique users over the same hours as sessions.

Both environments are already deployed from this branch and verified. On prod, 24h / 7d / 1m / all time / custom ranges all return data without errors: 24h shows 16 users vs 18 sessions, where it previously showed 56 vs 19.
