Deploys the go-store banner-columns build to the prod back-office (fulfillr.debyltech.com) so the Coupons admin round-trips the global-sale banner fields on prod. Already applied via make deploy TAGS=fulfillr (container recreated, healthy — /api/v1/store/coupons 200).
