Bumps the fulfillr back-office image (fulfillr-dev + fulfillr/prod) to 20260614.1925, which adds email_sent/email_failed ticket-timeline events for replacement- and return-label customer emails (SCRUM-51).

Already applied via make deploy TAGS=fulfillr-dev + make deploy TAGS=fulfillr on home.debyl.io; both APIs return 200.
