feat: add personal uptime kuma instance at uptime.debyl.io

Browse Source 
- Add uptime-kuma-personal container on port 3002
- Add Caddy config for uptime.debyl.io with IP restriction
- Update both uptime-kuma instances to 2.0.2
- Rename debyltech tag from uptime-kuma to uptime-debyltech
